  This business had the keys to a property that for nearly ten years has been offered at a discount rate to anyone who needed a leg up in life including young veterans, disabled or sole parents. Unfortunately the unit was left in a bad condition yet again by people possibly more suited to public housing. We really needed to have the support of businesses in Whyalla to assist us via the Veterans' Shed in Adelaide to get this property rentable again. Mentioning that this is connected with a project for young veterans when we were concerned about the keys being misplaced caused further conflict with this business. It's a shame some aren't aware of how many offers of free rent or heavily discounted rent have been offered to the Whyalla Community especially in hard times, but this time we needed the leg up. Clients are unaware of the arrangements made between your business and agents and it's naturally distressing to be told keys are not held with you but are later found when tradespeople have been scheduled. Old fashioned customer service goes a long way especially when it's communication issues within the company.
